In the event of damage
We only tune the Hang® Balu, Hang® Bal, Hang Gubal® and Hang® Sculptures from owners who have entered into an agreement against speculation with us. Hang® sculptures include the Integral Hang® and the Free Integral Hang®.
Subsequent owners of these instruments are only eligible to have their instruments repaired if the agreement was taken over correctly from the original buyer.

Since there are problems with shipping liquids by air freight, an alternative product has been developed for overseas countries: The Hang Cleaning Box, which contains 150 wipes soaked with cleaning agent.
