Hang® Gede

A new member of the family of Pang® instruments, which doesn't need many words. It speaks for itself.

The high quality of Pang®, a composite material developed by PANArt, gives the instrument very good tuning stability as well as protection against corrosion.

The Hang Gede® is prestressed and tuned by hand. The ringding has the partial tones Bb4, Eb5 and G5. The frequency of the air resonance in its cavity is 185 Hertz (Gb3). This pitch can be lowered by up to one octave by hand.

The Hang® Gede has a height of 14 cm, a diameter of 27.5 cm and weighs 1.5 kg. The instrument comes with a soft bag.

In order to perceive the deep sounds produced by the air resonance in the cavity of the instruments, we recommend that you listen to the videos only with good speakers or headphones.
