Hang® Gede

A new member of the family of Pang® instruments, which doesn't need many words. It speaks for itself.

The high quality of Pang®, a composite material developed by PANArt, gives the instrument very good tuning stability as well as protection against corrosion.

The Hang Gede® is tuned by hand. The cavity resonance is 185 hertz (Gb3). The pitch can be lowered by up to an octave by hand. The ring-shaped playing surface offers a variety of percussive sounds that beautifully complement the air sounds.

Transparent and reduced, yet surprisingly intense.

The Hang® Gede has a height of 14 cm, a diameter of 27.5 cm and weighs 1.5 kg. The instrument comes with a soft bag.

In order to perceive the deep sounds produced by the air resonance in the cavity of the instruments, we recommend that you listen to the videos only with good speakers or headphones.
